This is a good drill for working on changing directions, ripping through, and getting to the basket and finishing. You can catch the ball on two feet or you can catch it into a right-left. Paris Davis: It's important that you identify when people are stepping up when you have weak side to determine what you need to do. The advantages of a hop is you haven't established your pivot foot, so you can choose either left or right. Paris Davis: Not only can you do a right-left, but you can also get into a hop in this situation.
